Cookbook author, television show host, caterer, and cooking instructor Jen Healsey; with the support of her daughters Paige and Brooke, expanded their business into the world of manufacturing a finishing sauce. Sweet Mama’s Mambo Sauce started in 2017 being sold at outdoor festivals, mall kiosks, and farmers market.
